Terms of Service

These terms apply to the ConversionCat website, CLI (ccat), agent skills, routing file and API (together, "the service"). By using the service you accept them.

The service

ConversionCat routes visitors of your site between page variants, records exposures and conversions, and reports results and attribution. Your own AI agent writes the variants and decides what to ship; we do not review, host or take responsibility for the content of your pages or variants.

Your project key

The key gives full control over a project. Keep it secret; you are responsible for actions taken with it. We store only a hash and cannot recover it.

Your obligations

• Inform your visitors and collect consent where your law requires it. The routing file honours an opt-out cookie and Global Privacy Control.
• Do not test deceptive or unlawful content, and do not send personal data such as names or emails as event names or ids.
• Do not overload, probe or reverse the API beyond normal use of the CLI.

Free tier and payments

Each project gets 10,000 routing decisions per calendar month (UTC) free. Extra decisions are bought with USDG on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663) over x402 at 50,000 decisions per USDG. Onchain payments are final and not refundable; credit is tied to the project that submitted the transaction. Prices may change for future purchases with notice on the pricing page.

Onchain data

Onchain goals read public Robinhood Chain data through a public RPC. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or wallet; we never hold your keys or move your funds.

Third parties

Names and marks of Vercel, Next.js, Claude, Node.js, npm, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, LinkedIn and Microsoft Bing belong to their owners and appear to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. If the API is unreachable, the routing file keeps serving pages with its last routing table or the control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost conversions, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop at any time by removing the routing file and the key. We may suspend projects that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
